Foran Realty, Inc. was established in July of 2005 fulfilling the need to bring the “local personal touch” of real estate agencies of the past back to Cape Cod. Foran Realty, Inc. was established with a primary focus on providing outstanding customer service and a pleasant buying and/or selling experience for our all of our valued clients. We realize that a satisfied customer is what it takes to consummate a sale. We offer the highest level of customer service ever to be experienced on a local level. Patrick J. Foran, President of Foran Realty, Inc., is a native of Worcester, MA and currently a homeowner in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts where he lives with his wife, Melissa and their dog. He moved to Cape Cod as a youngster and has been a full time resident of the Cape for over 24 years. He is a graduate of Cape Cod Academy and Assumption College where he earned a BA in Politics.
Patrick has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Cape and Islands Chapter of the American Red Cross. He has been a member of the Harwich Dennis Rotary Club since 2002 and has served on its Board of Directors. In 2007 he served as President of the Club. He has served on the Board of Directors for Dream Day on Cape Cod. He served four years on the Town of Yarmouth Finance Committee, two as Chairman. Patrick is a founding member of the Assumption College Cape Cod Alumni Club.
Patrick holds a Real Estate Brokers license as well as a Life, Accident and Health Insurance Brokers License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as time out on the ocean. Patrick is a certified SCUBA diver.
